LONG-STAY – From 1st of September 2025 until 30th of June 2026
SHORT STAY – Temporary stay between 1 and 9 month

Includes: accommodation, use of electricity, water and heating, internet connection, TV connection and use of common areas.
Registration fee: 130€ VAT Included (To be paid with the first monthly payment – non returnable)
Security deposit: 900€ (Refundable at the end of the contract if there is any damage)
Optional services
The optional services of RUVIC are:
- Parking facilities: 46 €/month VAT Included
- Weekly room cleaning service (except kitchen): 72 €/month VAT Included
- Weekly linen service of fresh sheets and towels: 51 €/month VAT Included
- Airport transfer: 150 € one way VAT Included
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code of Catalonia and the others applicable regulations. ALL the amounts that appear in this RATES are with taxes included.
