Services and facilities
Living in RUVIC is much more than you think. Its many facilities and services have been designed to facilitate coexistence and foster a sense of community among students.
Our hall of residence is a place in which to live as part of a community, sharing experiences. As well as providing various common areas for relaxation, it also offers all the facilities necessary for making university life much easier.
Reception and resident assistance
The Secretary’s office will deal with any queries regarding the rooms and optional services.
The office hours are from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday.
Porter’s lodge: Surveillance and security of all the facilities.
Maintenance service: A person will be available to deal with any incidents, requests or technical problems related to the facilities.
LOUNGE AREA
Large area on the ground floor for meeting up and chatting with friends and colleagues. It has plenty of natural light and is equipped with vending machines.
In all the Residence will be Internet cable access and Wi-Fi Internet in the common areas.
TV ROOM
This is a leisure area for watching TV and relaxing with the other residents.
STUDY ROOM
Different areas destined for studying individually or in group.
COOKING LOUNGE
Area for cooking at any time of day, including large eating area with tables and chairs.
GYM
Fitness room.
SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY
Room with washing machines, tumble dryers and clothes lines.
METTING ROOM
Study area or working area in groups.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS
Cleaning and maintenance service for common areas.
24-HOUR SECURITY SYSTEM
Round-the-clock security and surveillance system.
PARKING FACILITIES
Parking spaces for cars, motorbikes/scooters and bicycles.
